We use advanced cutting methods to produce clean, accurate parts for a wide range of industrial applications. Our capabilities support both simple components and complex geometries while maintaining tight tolerances.
Precision waterjet cutting for metals, composites, stone, glass, and plastics with minimal heat-affected zone.
HD plasma plate cutting for carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum in medium to heavy thicknesses.
Fiber laser sheet cutting for thin to medium gauge steel, stainless, and aluminum with clean, burr-minimized edges.
CNC routing for plastics, wood, aluminum plate, and composite materials
Precision sheet and plate shearing up to 12 feet in length for carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum, ideal for straight, clean cuts with minimal burr
Can cut up to 18″ x 18″ stack of materials in a single pass thus speeding production and allowing a cost effective cutting solution.

JAG offers metal finishing services through a 3rd party vendor that we work closely with.
Powder coating applies a dry, electrostatically charged powder that is heat‑cured into a tough, continuous film, providing excellent chip, corrosion, and UV resistance compared with most liquid paints
Anodizing is an electrolytic process that thickens the natural oxide layer on aluminum, significantly improving corrosion resistance and surface hardness
Sand blasting (abrasive blasting) uses high‑velocity media to clean, descale, or profile metal surfaces, removing rust, mill scale, and old coatings
Galvanizing coats steel with a protective layer of zinc, typically by hot‑dip immersion, creating a metallurgical bond that resists rust even in harsh outdoor environments

We build with precision and efficiency—so every sub-component integrates seamlessly, assemblies operate smoothly, and production schedules stay on track.
TIG, MIG, and spot welding for stainless, carbon steel, and aluminum sub-components with clean, strong joints.
CNC and manual machining to create precise sub-components that meet tight tolerances.
Expert assembly of sub-components into modules or assemblies, ensuring alignment, functionality, and repeatability.
Custom fixtures and jigs for consistent quality and repeatable assembly processes.
Deburring, grinding, and surface prep to ensure components are ready for final assembly or coating.

Precise cylindrical and complex turned components made of steel and aluminum. A36 Steel, 4330 Steel, 6061 T6 Aluminum (Aircraft Grade), 5052 Aluminum, 304 Stainless 316L Stainless, Titanium, Engineered Plastics inlcuding Lexan, Acetyl,Vesptal, Derlin, Nylon
Swiss‑type CNC turning for small, high‑precision components with tight tolerances and excellent surface finish. Capability is from 1/16″ to 7/8″.
CNC turning center for small to medium‑diameter parts, offering flexible chucking options and driven tooling for milling, drilling, and tapping. Capability is up to 2″.
Heavy‑duty CNC turning for larger‑diameter and longer parts, with increased horsepower and rigidity for tougher materials and deeper cuts. Capability is up to 4 1/2″
