OUR ORIGINS
JAG Professional Services LLC was founded in August 2014, beginning operations in a garage to serve the manufacturing community. From these humble beginnings, we developed a strong dedication to quality and service, forming the cornerstone of our company’s identity.
During our early operations, we encountered tasks and materials that could not be completed within our home facilities. To ensure efficiency and maintain our high standards, we outsourced these specific components of work. This approach enabled us to overcome challenges that required external expertise or resources, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional products and services. After the outsourced tasks were finished, we handled part-assembly, clean-up, and delivery, ensuring that the final product upheld our standards.
Expansion into Warehouse Facilities In March 2018, after three and a half years of working from the garage, our company experienced significant growth that necessitated a move to a larger facility. We relocated to a 5,000 square foot warehouse owned by Truck Source Diesel. Notably, Truck Source Diesel had previously been tenants of Regal Plastics, a company that I managed for twelve years. Their support was invaluable during our expansion, as they played a key role in helping us secure this space to lease from them. With the transition to the new warehouse, we invested in equipment, including a CNC Router, Press Brake, and a Water Jet. These acquisitions empowered us to perform our own cutting and bending operations in-house, greatly reducing the need to outsource these processes. As a result, we were able to further improve the quality and efficiency of our production.
When other companies were at a halt due to the Covid shutdown, our expanded capabilities allowed us to produce face shield parts for a Large Manufacturing facility and personnel barriers for a Major Grocery chain that everyone knows in San Antonio, demonstrating our adaptability and commitment to supporting essential needs during challenging times.
JAG Professional Services continued to grow and take on more operations, such as commercial remodeling and new construction. We added HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and concrete foundations.
By May 2022, we had outgrown our original facility. A property featuring a 6,000 sq. ft. warehouse became available at 150 Eagle Ford Drive in Pleasanton, Texas. By the “GRACE OF GOD” alone, we were able to make the purchase. We moved in June 2022, and since then, we have added an additional 10,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space.
With a clear vision, JAG Custom Fabrication, LLC was established in May 2022; however, it did not reach full operations until July 2025, when the two companies became independent of each other.
JAG Professional Services LLC is now a commercial construction and remodeling company, and JAG Custom Fabrications LLC is a full fabrication metal shop equipped with Water Jet cutting, CNC Router, Mills, Lathes, Laser cutting, bending station and all types of welding services.
Founder and Operator
Javier Garcia is the Founder and Operator of JAG Professional Services LLC. Javier’s background is in manufacturing, and construction contracting. He is known for building strong teams that gets the job done the right way.
Javier serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Manufacturing Association and was Chairman in 2013. He received the President’s Award from San Antonio Manufacturing Association for 2025.
